Born in Mexico and proudly established in the United States for over two decades, Rocio Vargas has beautifully fused art, discipline, and advanced technique to set a premier standard in the Texas beauty industry.
Her journey began with a strong commitment to education, earning her certification as a Master in Pattern Making and Dressmaking (Corte y Confección) in Mexico. This training helped shape her artistic vision, attention to detail, and appreciation for craftsmanship—qualities that continue to define her work today.
Throughout her career, Rocio has remained passionate about learning and professional growth. She firmly believes that the beauty industry is constantly evolving and that the best artists never stop expanding their knowledge. For this reason, she continuously invests in advanced education and specialized training in makeup artistry, hairstyling, and color theory.
Over the years, Rocio has earned certifications in bridal makeup, social and special event makeup, editorial makeup, airbrush makeup, European hairstyling techniques, and balayage color applications, allowing her to offer a diverse range of skills and expertise to both clients and students.
